Glideflow (“we”) is operated by CHPX. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR and Brazil's LGPD.

Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and optional name.
• Flow content: the diagrams you create, including node labels, edges, layout, and any text or prompts you enter, including prompts sent to AI generation.
• Embed settings: whether a flow is public or private, and its share link.
• Billing: handled by Stripe; we store a customer/subscription reference, never card numbers.

Why we process it

To provide the service (save, render, and embed your diagrams, generate flows from your AI prompts), process payments, and communicate with you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your flow content to train AI models.

Processors

We use Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Neon (database), Upstash (rate-limiting), and OpenAI (your prompt is sent to draft a diagram when you use AI generation). Each processes data only to deliver their part of the service.

Your rights

You can export all your data or permanently delete your account at any time from Settings. To exercise other rights, email support@chpx.io.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting a flow removes it from our database; deleting your account removes all your data (flows and settings). You can export everything first from Settings.
